The event commenced with a grand inaugural ceremony attended by dignitaries, esteemed alumni, present and former teachers, students, and guardians. The Chief Guest, a respected educationist from the Directorate of School Education, West Bengal, lit the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing knowledge and wisdom. Our Headmaster delivered a powerful welcome address that captured the journey of the school and its achievements.

A school exhibition showcased our historical journey, achievements in academics and co-curricular activities, and the scientific innovations of students from the Science Stream, which was introduced in 1961. The overwhelming interest shown by the local community in this stream was reflected in their enthusiastic participation. 

The cultural evening featured spectacular performances by students—from classical music and dance to dramas depicting the school’s history. Notable was a play written and enacted by our students that celebrated our school's founders and the evolution of education in the region.

The Alumni Meet brought together generations of students, who shared fond memories and how the school shaped their lives. A felicitation program honored retired teachers and distinguished alumni for their contribution to society and the school’s legacy. 

Various competitions including quiz, essay writing, debate, and science model presentations were held throughout the week to engage students intellectually and creatively. Winners were awarded during the closing ceremony, which ended with a rousing performance of the school anthem.

The celebration wasn't just confined within the school. We engaged the local community, who have always supported our mission. Their involvement reaffirmed our belief that education is a shared responsibility, and our bond with the people remains as strong as ever.
